PhenMax 375 diet pills are extra strong and claim to offer users rapid weight loss. Marketed as a thermogenic, fat burner and appetite suppressant, this dietary supplement is a non-prescription alternative to popular diet drugs like phentermine, which is also known by brand names such as Adipex.

Designed for both men and women, PhenMax 375’s formula contains the PhenMax 375-60 Proprietary Blend. Each serving (2 blue and white capsules) contains 765mg of the following mix of ingredients: B-Phenylethylamine HCL, Garcinia Cambogia Extract, Green Tea, Guarana, L-Carnitine Fumarate and Carlluma Extract.

According to research, Garcinia Cambogia may block an enzyme that the body uses to make fat and may have an effect on appetite, making a person feel less hungry. Phenylethylamine (PEA) is a stimulant that can suppress appetite and boost mental alertness. Green tea is also a metabolism booster, and can help to burn fat, particularly when combined with physical activity as well as increase mental focus. What was said about Green Tea can also be said about the caffeine in Guarana. L-Carnitine Fumarate may also help burn fat and reduce fatigue while Carlluma Extract is also believed to help decrease appetite and even quench thirst.

As you’ve no doubt noticed, PhenMax 375 contains plenty of ingredients that help to boost fat burning and work to suppress the appetite. While this sounds impressive, the one major drawback is the fact that there is absolutely no scientific evidence that proves that taking any of these ingredients can actually result in weight loss.

The other issue with PhenMax 375 is that it contains multiple stimulants and increases the risk of certain side effects, including insomnia, anxiety, nervousness, jitters, rapid heartbeat, headache and other unpleasant effects. Anyone who has sensitivities to caffeine may want to think twice before taking this product. It is also not recommended for pregnant or nursing women or anyone under the age of 18. It should also be avoided by those with an eating disorder (anorexia or bulima) as well as anyone with a history of coronary, stroke or heart disease.

The suggested use is to take 1 capsule on an empty stomach about 30 minutes before breakfast. However, up to 2 capsules can be taken. This product is meant to be used in conjunction with a reduced calorie diet and exercise.

At the time that this review was written a single bottle of PhenMax 375 containing 60 capsules (a 30 day supply) cost $26.55 on Amazon. Talk to your doctor before taking this product.
