Adicore is an over-the-counter (OTC) diet pill. It claims to be an “advanced weight loss formula” but the label on the bottle does not reveal how it helps to aid with weight loss. That being said, based on the product’s listed ingredients, it is likely that it has been designed to assist in delivering greater energy and focus, fat burning and appetite suppression.

Due to the name of this dietary supplement, it is likely that Adicore was designed as a non-prescription alterative to prescription diet drug, Adipex. When this review was written, it sold on Amazon for $19.95.

This OTC diet pill is composed of three different blends – Energy Focus Blend (450 mg): Caffeine, Phenylethylamine HCl, Glucomanan, Fursultiamine, L-Tyrosine. Thermogenesis Blend (40 mg): Green Tea Extract, Raspberry Ketones, Yohimbe Bark. Lipogenic Blend (7 mg): Kola Nut, L-Carnitine. The listed amounts for each blend makes up one serving size, which is equal to 1 capsule.

Adicore contains several ingredients that are popular in the OTC weight loss industry, many of which are used in formulas that support appetite suppression (e.g. phenylethylamine, glucomanan, caffeine, etc.), fat burning (e.g. caffeine, green tea, kola nut, raspberry ketones, etc.) and energy boosting (caffeine, green tea, phenylethylamine, kola nut, etc.).

That being said, while some of these ingredients have been proven to provide metal energy and focus, none of them have ever been proven to cause weight loss. Therefore, while you may get an energy boost from taking Adicore, there is absolutely no guarantee that it will assist you in your efforts to lose weight.

Moreover, be advised that Adicore contains more than one stimulant ingredient or ingredient containing a stimulant (e.g. caffeine, green tea, phenylethylamine, kola nut, etc.). Therefore, taking this pill may increase the risk of certain unwanted side effects such as insomnia, jitters, anxiety, restlessness, upset stomach, headache, etc. The risk of experiencing these side effects is higher for those who are sensitive to stimulants or people who combine this product with additional stimulants (e.g. coffee, tea, cola, energy drinks, etc.).

The suggested dosage instructions are for users to take 1 capsule in the morning. A maximum of 2 capsules can be taken in a single 24 hour period. Users are also instructed not to take a pill after 4pm to avoid insomnia. They should also not take these pills for longer than 8 weeks at a time. There should be a 2 week rest period before starting again.

If you are interested in taking Adicore, you should first speak with your healthcare provider.
